Without committed volunteers to coach, NAYB would not be able to provide kids with the opportunity to have fun with friends and play the game they love. This season there will be an emphasis on assisting coaches throughout the season, including how to develop practice plans. In addition, Babe Ruth requires each coach (head and assistant) to complete the online Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Coaching Certification.
